Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (leading company in the Venezuelan capital market) is dedicated to invest, to promote, and to competitively manage real estate. The Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios ratified risk rating of Category A, Subcategory A3, for unsecured obligations N° 2011-I and 2012-I; proposed by the risk assessment company Clave Sociedad Calificadora de Riesgo C.A.- whose analysis was filed before the National Superintendence of the Capital Market for due revision and approval, in December 16th, 2013, session.

This assessment confirms the financial strength of the Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios and its commitment with the development and growth of Venezuela.

Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI) (founded in 1992) is a company specialized in the financial and real estate business. It is listed on the Caracas Stock Exchange (BVC, in Spanish) and in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under a program level I of ADR. These characteristics have made the FVI one of the most active private companies of the country in the corporate bond market.
