Position number 53
The company also featured in the Top 25 of the most productive companies, holding position number 20 of this study
Holding the 53rd place amongst the Top 100 Companies of Business Venezuela magazine, Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI) represents the only real estate company in the country included in the XVII edition of this study due to its positive indicators of operability and productivity.
In this research, which is annually conducted by the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VenAmCham), subjects of general interest and economic conjuncture such as foreign markets, investment, mechanisms for the acquisition of foreign currency, increase of wages and salaries, impact of laws and profitability, among other topics of relevance, were evaluated.
"This is the third time we are featured in this ranking and every year we improve our position. We have been climbing from the 68th position, in 2013, to the 57th in 2014 and currently we hold the 53rd. It is important to note that the consolidated results of our company boast satisfying figures, despite the fact that the national macroeconomy has not performed efficiently in fiscal, monetary, exchange and interest rate management matters," said Alejandro Petit, Director of Finance & CFO of Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios.
In a ranking led by the banking and insurance sector, including state-owned Telecommunications and Electricity companies and organizations pertaining to production activities, Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios is ranked in the Top 100 of the most solid companies in Venezuela, with great optimism in the implementation of new business models and with a strong commitment towards its employees and the development of the nation and its citizens
